Shipping and delivery

Delivery area: We deliver to Germany, Austria, all other countries of the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Shipping costs:

  • Germany: €3.99, free from an order value of €29
  • Austria: €5.95, free from an order value of €29
  • Other EU countries: €6.95, free from an order value of €49
  • Switzerland: €9.95, free from an order value of €59
  • United Kingdom: €9.95, free from an order value of €59
  • United States: €12.95, free from an order value of €79
  • FIRST TO BED – premium shipping with priority processing (Germany and Austria only): €5.99 or €7.99. This is not a guaranteed express delivery.

The order value is calculated after discounts. All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Two product groups, two delivery times. We ship the sleep masks ourselves as a parcel from Germany. The earplugs are shipped separately and directly to you from our delivery partner's warehouse in China (drop shipping). If you order both, you therefore receive two shipments with separate tracking. Your contract is always with AURVEX.

Sleep masks – shipped from Germany (business days from dispatch):

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Austria: 2–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 4–8 business days
  • Switzerland: 4–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

Earplugs – shipped from China by our delivery partner (business days from receipt of order):

  • Germany: approx. 6–11 business days
  • Austria, other EU countries, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States: approx. 7–15 business days

All times are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders are processed on business days.

Customs duties and import charges: For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States, customs duties, import charges and taxes may apply. These are payable by the recipient.

Tracking: After dispatch you automatically receive a tracking number by email at the address given in your order.

Delays: In case of force majeure or unforeseen events, delivery times may be extended. We will inform you promptly.

Damaged or faulty delivery: If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us, preferably with photos, at partnerships@aurvex.store or by phone on +49 151 14979115. You will receive a free replacement or a full refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Returns: Independently of shipping, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Details are in our withdrawal policy.
