01When will my order arrive?+
Our satin sleep masks ship from our own warehouse in Germany. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Germany and 3–5 working days to Austria.
The earplugs come straight from our production partner. Please allow 8–14 working days for those.
02Why can my order arrive in two parcels?+
Depending on the item, our products ship from different locations. If you order a sleep mask together with earplugs, the two can travel separately and arrive at different times.
03What does shipping cost?+
Germany: 3,99 €. From an order value of 29 € we ship free of charge within Germany.
Austria: 5,99 €.
04Where do you ship to?+
Right now we ship to Germany and Austria.
05Can I return my order?+
You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. On top of that we extend the return window to 30 days in total. Write to hello@aurvex.store. The withdrawal form is in the footer.
06Is the sleep mask made of silk?+
No. Our sleep mask is made of satin fabric with 95 % polyester and 5 % elastane. It feels smooth and soft, but it is expressly not silk.
07How do I care for my mask?+
Hand wash, or use a delicate cycle at 30 °C. Please do not tumble dry — let it air dry.
08Does it really block out all the light?+
The mask blocks light almost completely. The padded nose area cuts out further stray light. Every face is shaped differently, so we cannot promise absolute darkness for everyone.
09Where do I find my tracking?+
As soon as your order has shipped, you get the tracking by email. Please check your spam folder too. If nothing arrived, get in touch.
